Project Description: The aim of this work package is to facilitate the introduction of PLUS into routine IMCI services in low-resource settings to aid the diagnosis and management of children with LRTI. Objectives: 1. Co-design the intervention package and final study protocol with stakeholders 2. Assess fidelity, feasibility and acceptability of integrating PLUS into routine IMCI service provision to support the diagnosis and management of children with LRTIs 3. Assess fidelity, feasibility and acceptability of integrating PLUS into routine IMCI service provision to support the diagnosis and management of children with LRTIs 3. Identify and address facilitators and barriers to implementation of PLUS in a variety of settings 4. Develop and test deep learning algorithms to automate PLUS image interpretation 5. Develop policy briefs and operational guidance to support knowledge translation Also, IHI will lead WP6 and coordinate the cross-cutting activities of capacity strengthening, collaboration and networking involving all members of the consortium. Objectives: 1. Set up a and implement capacity strengthening program 2. Facilitate networking activities that create a multiplier effect in the field of childhood poverty-related infectious diseases beyond this project
